  • Manifold Flange: Many S400s use a T6 divided inlet; confirm your manifold & downpipe before ordering.
  • Oil System: Journal-bearing S300/S400 typically do not use feed restrictors. Ensure a free-draining return (-10AN to -12AN).
  • Charge Piping: Common sizes: 5.0" compressor inlet, 4.21" V-band compressor outlet, 5.75" Marmon turbine outlet (verify per unit).
  • Compounds: Wastegate control and drive pressure management are critical for reliability.
