BDS SUSPENSION BDS1562H 6" RADIUS ARM LIFT KIT WITH NX2 SHOCKS 2020-2022 FORD F-250/350 6.7L POWERSTROKE 4WD

The BDS Suspension BDS1562H 6" Radius Arm Lift Kit With NX2 Shocks upgrades the factory stamped steel radius arms to high strength tubular radius arms allowing for caster control and superior strength in your 2020-2022 Ford F-250/350 6.7L Powerstroke 4WD. Full length 6" Pro-Ride diesel only specific coil springs are used for the additional ride height paired with BDS NX2 series gas shocks for a smooth ride on any terrain. A forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket are supplied to correct steering angles and recenter the front axle. Also supplied for the front are bump stop extensions to limit suspension compression, sway bar drop brackets to correct the sway bar positioning, and brake line relocation brackets. At 6" of lift driveline adjustments are necessary so a precision-built transfer case indexing ring is supplied to improve front driveline operating angle. Additionally, a high clearance transmission crossmember is supplied.

In the rear of these 6" lift systems BDS provides replacement GlideRide leaf springs with the added benefit of an integrated overload leaf for additional load capacity. Additionally high strength black e-coated U-bolts are supplied along with a pair of matching NX2 shocks to complement the front setup for all-around impressive performance. KIT NOTES:

Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.

Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.

Due to factory ride heights being lower on 2020 and newer model year trucks the net lift you will gain with this kit will be 1" more than advertised. (EX. 4" kit will net 5" of lift).

Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.

If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar add, BDS end link kit (part # 123808) is required.

If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, BDS Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (part # 123402).

Due to the taller factory ride height Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.

Larger tires on the stock wheels are not recommended due to the brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.

The indexing ring is only compatible with 10-speed transmission trucks. Please verify your truck's equipment before installing it. 

Indexing Ring has NOT been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.

Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
