This package is engineered to dramatically improve durability over stock, deliver crisp shift quality, and provide the holding power needed for increased torque and sustained load conditions. If your factory Allison is slipping, flaring, overheating, or simply worn out, this BD TowMaster package is the proven upgrade path.
The TowMaster package includes a BD-built Allison 1000 transmission matched with a Triple Torque converter and an Allison Pressure Controller to increase line pressure and improve clutch holding capacity. Internally, this transmission receives key upgrades such as revised oil circuits, increased clutch counts, high-energy clutch material, improved hydraulics, updated regulator components, additional friction surface, and a heavy-duty aluminum deep transmission pan that increases fluid capacity for improved cooling and heat management.
