The BD DIESEL 1064294B TorqueMaster 68RFE Transmission is a heavy-duty, performance-built transmission engineered for 2019–2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins trucks equipped with 4WD. This unit is designed to address common 68RFE weaknesses and deliver stronger, cleaner shifts with dramatically improved durability for towing, commercial use, and higher-horsepower applications.
This TorqueMaster transmission features a billet input shaft to withstand shock loads from aggressive throttle and high torque. Inside, BD Diesel increases clutch capacity, upgrades key drums and pistons, improves lubrication pathways, and enhances hydraulic control to reduce slip and heat. A deep sump oil pan increases fluid capacity and cooling while helping reduce case flex. These upgrades are designed to improve reliability and extend service life under the harshest diesel truck conditions.
