The BD DIESEL 1064234FT TowMaster 48RE Transmission is a complete heavy-duty replacement transmission engineered for 2005–2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4WD trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins and the 48RE automatic transmission with TVV stepper motor. Built for towing and daily driving, this TowMaster unit is designed to handle higher torque loads than a factory transmission and provide stronger, more controlled shifts under load.
This transmission comes BD TapShift ready and includes the components required for fingertip shifting, full electronic gear selection, manual gear mode, and torque converter lock-up control.
