The BD DIESEL 1043909 Up-Pipes Kit with EGR Connector is a complete exhaust upgrade for 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Power Stroke Super Duty trucks, including F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 models. Factory up-pipes are prone to cracking and failure due to heat cycling, which can result in exhaust leaks, slower turbo spool, increased soot buildup, and elevated noise levels. The BD Diesel Up-Pipes kit replaces these weak points with durable mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for improved performance and long-lasting durability. 

This kit comes complete with exhaust manifold gaskets, EGR gasket, and turbocharger pipe gaskets for a complete service-ready installation. Internally shielded expansion bellows are incorporated to accommodate heat expansion and help maintain a long service life under heavy use.
