The BD DIESEL 1043001 Exhaust Manifold Kit is the proven fix for one of the most common Ford 3.5L EcoBoost problems: warped exhaust manifolds, broken studs, and blown manifold gaskets. From the factory, many 3.5L EcoBoost applications only utilize 8 of the 11 available exhaust stud locations, which contributes to manifold warping and sealing failures over time. BD Diesel engineered this upgraded manifold kit to use all 11 stud locations for improved clamping force, better sealing, and long-term durability.
