Does this replace the factory low-pressure pump on a 6.4L?Yes. The RP-4G-150 mounts on the frame rail and feeds the factory fuel filter/injection pump with stable pressure and flow, eliminating the need for the stock low-pressure frame-rail pump.
What pressure is it set to from the factory?
For the 6.4L application it is typically preset around 8–10 PSI and is adjustable (do not exceed recommended settings for your build).
Do I need to run a return line?
No. The Raptor-4G is internally regulated, so no return line is required.
Which Airdog system should I choose for a tuned/modified 6.4L?
For stock to mild builds, this RP-4G-150 works great. If you want added filtration and air/vapor separation, step up to an AirDog FP-100-4G or FP-150-4G system for 6.4L (FP-100-4G or FP-150-4G).
