Product Description
Upgrade your 24-valve Cummins fuel supply with the AirDog II-5G DF-100 (A7SPBD253). This 100 GPH demand-flow lift pump is engineered for 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins trucks without the in-tank fuel pump. It mounts to the frame using the included sandwich-plate system, pulls fuel through a water separator, pressurizes via a gerotor pump, filters to 2 microns, and returns de-aerated fuel back to the tank for smooth, consistent pressure at the injection pump.
- 100 GPH system optimized for stock to mildly upgraded fueling
- Demand-flow design reduces heat, noise, and wear
- 2-micron post-pump filtration + water separation
- Air/Vapor return to tank for stable pressure and cleaner fuel
- Direct feed to injection pump; bypasses factory filter housing/block pump
- Complete kit with bracketry, fittings, fuel line, harness, and hardware

FAQ
Will this work on my 1998.5–2004 truck if it has an in-tank lift pump?
No. This A7SPBD253 kit is for trucks without the in-tank pump. If you have the in-tank pump, use the A7SPBD354 instead.
How much power will the DF-100 support?
The DF-100 flows 100 GPH and is ideal for stock to moderately tuned builds where a stable 15–17 psi feed pressure is desired at the injection pump.
What filters does it use and how often should I service them?
It includes a water separator (pre-pump) and a 2-micron fuel filter (post-pump). Inspect every oil change and replace based on fuel quality and restriction.
Does this bypass the factory filter housing and block-mounted pump?
Yes. The pressure side feeds the injection pump directly while the system returns separated air/vapor to the tank through the filler neck tee.
Is drilling the frame required?
No. The included sandwich-plate mount secures the bracket to the frame for a clean, reversible install.
