Product Description
AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G (A7SPBC260) is a 100 GPH air/fuel separation lift pump engineered specifically for the 2011–2014 GM Duramax 6.6L LML. It removes entrained air, water, and debris before the CP4 injection pump, helping reduce wear, stabilize rail pressure, and improve throttle response—especially on LML trucks that did not receive a factory lift pump.
Vehicle Fitment
- 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML
- 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML
Direct-fit kit mounts on the frame in front of the tank; suction ties into the factory module, pressure feeds the OEM injection pump line, and air/vapor returns to the tank via filler neck tee.

FAQ
Is the A7SPBC260 enough for stock or tuned LML trucks?
Yes—100 GPH supports stock fuel systems and mild tuning. For heavier fuel demand or future upgrades, consider the DF-165-5G or DF-220-5G linked above.
 Does this replace the CP4?
No. It supplies clean, de-aerated fuel to the CP4 to help reduce wear. It can be paired with CP3 conversion kits, but that conversion is not included here.
 What filters does it use?
Use the AirDog FF100-2 2-micron fuel filter and WS100 water separator.
Is drilling or tank dropping required?
No drilling of the tank; the kit uses the factory module suction port and a filler-neck tee for air/vapor return.
