Airdog A7SABD427 II-5G DF-165-5G is a 165 GPH, demand-flow air/fuel separation and lift pump engineered for the 2019–2023 RAM 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins (24-valve). It removes entrained air, water, and particulates before they reach your CP3/CP4, stabilizing rail pressure, improving throttle response, and extending injector life.
- 165 GPH II-5G pump with quiet, reliable motor and demand-flow regulation.
- Frame-rail mount with supplied sandwich-plate bracket for clean installation.
- Fuel Module Upgrade Kit draws through a 1/2" bulkhead (bypasses in-tank lift pump).
- 2-micron filtration plus water separation for superior injector protection.
- Air/Vapor return routes separated aeration back to the tank for consistent supply.
