Does the A7SABC508 require cutting or drilling?Typically no chassis drilling is required thanks to the included sandwich-plate frame mount. Always verify truck condition and follow the installation manual.
Is 165 GPH overkill for a stock 6.5L?
DF-165-5G supports stock through modified 6.5L applications and provides extra headroom for towing or future upgrades. For stock trucks, the DF-100-5G is a great alternative (see cross-references above).
Will this system delete my factory fuel filter?
The II-5G supplies clean, de-aerated fuel and includes filtration; you should retain or service factory filtration as recommended by GM and AirDog. See the install manual for routing and service intervals.
Is there a noticeable noise increase?
