The AFE POWER 49-43090-P Large Bore-HD 5” DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered to elevate the performance of Ford Diesel Trucks with V8 6.7L engines manufactured from 2017 to 2020. Crafted from premium 409 stainless steel, the exhaust system is hand MIG-welded for durability and features mandrel-bent tubing that maximizes flow, reduces back pressure, and enhances horsepower and torque. The innovative design incorporates smooth transition bends and a mitered merge collector, ensuring low turbulence and an efficient exhaust flow.

An added highlight is the intercooling tailpipe, which helps lower exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe, promoting an overall cooler and more efficient operating environment. Installation is straightforward with all factory mounting locations taken into account, ensuring a perfect fit with minimal hassle. The use of high-quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers guarantees a secure and stable pipe setup, even in the toughest conditions encountered by diesel enthusiasts.

The aesthetic appeal of the system is amplified by a stunning 6” polished stainless steel slash-cut tip, complete with intercooling vents to further dissipate heat. The bold, riveted aFe Power logo adds an aggressive touch, making your truck stand out on the road.

Fitment is versatile, accommodating various cab and bed configurations, including single cab/long bed and crew cab/short bed options. However, it's important to note that this product will not fit trucks with a factory 5th wheel hitch. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this exhaust system brings quality and performance together, perfect for drivers who demand excellence from their diesel trucks.

Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 5" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow. Some cutting is required.

Intercooling Tailpipe:
This system is designed with Intercooling tailpipes, to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe.

Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

6" Diameter Polished Intercooled Tip:
Finishing off the exhaust is a 6" diameter, high luster polished, stainless steel slash cut tip with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A unique stainless steel laser-cut black powder-coated aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
