The WEHRLI CUSTOM FAB WCF100475 S300 HIGH MOUNT 2ND GEN SWAP KIT is built for 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins owners who want a clean, high-mount S300-based turbo setup using a 2nd Gen style manifold. The manifold is oriented “up” for a simpler downpipe install and a tight, serviceable layout that works great for performance street, towing, and race applications.

IMPORTANT NOTES (READ BEFORE ORDERING)
- Designed for a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold (sold separately). Common manifold brands include Stainless Diesel / Steed Speed.
- If you are not purchasing the turbo/manifold with the kit, you must specify the brand/model being used—some combinations may require parts to be sent in for proper build-up.
- The hot-side intercooler pipe uses a v-band connection at the turbo. This kit setup typically requires a v-band flange welded to the SXE turbo cover (turbo may need to be sent in if not purchased through WCFab).
- Downpipe is based on an HX40-style outlet flange for best seal/alignment. If supplying your own turbo, ensure the exhaust housing outlet is HX40-style.
- Shipping restriction: This product cannot be shipped to California.
