Are these brand-new or remanufactured injectors?They are brand-new S&S Diesel Motorsport performance injectors with SAC nozzles, built and flow-matched as a set.
Do I need tuning for 100% over injectors?Yes. Proper ECU calibration is required to manage pulse width, timing, and rail pressure. Running 100% over injectors on stock tuning can cause smoke, poor drivability, and potential engine damage.
What supporting mods are recommended?At minimum: a quality lift pump and filtration, healthy high-pressure pump components (CP3/CP4 category), and intake/exhaust airflow improvements. For heavy use, consider upgraded turbo(s) and intercooling.
