FAQ
Will these fit my 2005 5.9L?No. This is for the early 5.9 common-rail (2003–early-2004). Late-2004.5–2007 use different injectors. Check your build date or contact us.
Do I need new connector (feed) tubes?We strongly recommend new tubes to ensure proper sealing and flow. See our connector tubes.
How big of a turbo setup do I need?At 400% over, plan on large singles or compound turbos with adequate lift-pump volume, an upgraded CP3, and custom tuning.
Are these nozzles SAC or VCO?They use SAC-style nozzles that are EDM/honed and matched for consistency.
Is tuning required?Yes. Proper ECM calibration is mandatory for drivability and engine safety.
