Will these fit my 2005 5.9L Cummins?No. 2004.5–2005 trucks are the “late” 5.9 configuration and use different injectors. This 305-series part number is for early 5.9 (2003–2004) only.
Do I need a bigger CP3 and a lift pump?Yes. 300% over injectors demand significantly more supply and high-pressure fuel. We recommend an upgraded CP3 (or dual fuelers) plus a quality lift pump and filtration.
Are these new or reman?This listing is for NEW injectors. S&S also offers reman options under “-R-SET” part numbers.
What tuning changes are required?Custom tuning is required to manage idle quality, smoke control, timing, and pulse width for 300% nozzles.
