Description

The Pusher 3.5" MEGA Driverside Intercooler tube replaces your factory 2.4" ID plastic intake plumbing, greatly increasing both airflow and durability.

Our 3.5" MEGA passenger side intercooler tube is a perfect compliment to the 3.5" Pusher MEGA Intake System.It's fully tig-welded, and utilizes a 3.5", .060" thick mandrel-bent steel tubing. These tubes increase air flow by 35% over the factory 2.4" ID plastic intake plumbing.

This kit also includes heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps to make installing the Pusher intercooler tube super simple.

When using this kit, you do not have to try and cut the factory steel band off your tube in order to save the factory outlet boot: Just loosen the factory clamps and install the supplied parts. We include heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps, which makes install a breeze. Full-color instructions with pictures are included.  

 

Intercooler Compatibility: This product was designed to work with the factory intercooler, and as such will work with aftermarket intercoolers that mimic the factory inlet / outlet locations. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  

 

1. Will this charge tube work with my aftermarket intercooler?

 

This product was designed to work with the factory intercooler, and as such will work with aftermarket intercoolers that mimic the factory inlet / outlet locations. If you have an aftermarket intercooler that differs from that, please call for compatibility.  

 

 

 

2. Will this charge tube work with the Pusher High Mount Compound System?

 

Yes, we designed the High Mount system to be compatible with this charge tube.  

 

 

 

3. Will this charge tube work with aftermarket turbos?

 

That depends. Drop in turbos in the stock location keep the compressor outlet in the same location as the factory charger the vast majority of the time. Turbo swap kits that use a 2nd gen style manifold move the turbo forward quite a bit, thus our off the shelf tube will not work. In this case we would have to custom build a tube just for you. 

 

 

 

4. How long is the install procedure?

 

We recommend about an hour as its necessary to remove the cold air intake and in some cases the passenger side inner fender for better access during the install.
