The Stage4R transmission kit is our intermediate-level trans upgrade kit that's built for drag racing, sled pulling, towing and daily-driving. This kit works well for a stock truck, but was engineered to handle a Duramax engine that's been equipped with multiple high-performance modifications: such as performance tuning, oversize injectors, and/or small nitrous kits.
This kit includes PPE's triple clutch converter, valve body recalibration kit (recalibration kit does not change shift points, only increases clutch holding power), converter flow valve and upgraded high-friction C1, C2, C3 and C4 clutches.
Note: A $200 converter core charge is included in price if bought with converter, reimbursed upon return of good core components to PPE. PPE product finish will vary.
