Step up your 7.3L Super Duty with the MBRP S6200409. This XP Series system uses rugged 16-gauge T409 stainless and a 4" turbo-back, single side-exit layout to improve flow, help lower EGTs, and deliver that classic MBRP sound. Includes a 4" front pipe and stamped-logo tip. Bolt-on installation to factory hangers.

FAQ
Does S6200409 include a tip?Yes — the system includes a stamped-logo tip as part of the XP Series package.
How does T409 stainless compare to aluminized?
T409 is more corrosion-resistant than aluminized steel. Surface discoloration over time is normal for T409 and does not affect durability.
Will it bolt up to my stock downpipe?
This is a full 4" turbo-back system and includes its own front pipe/downpipe section for a complete path from the turbo to the tail.
Is tuning required after install?
No tuning is required. Many owners pair the exhaust with gauges or monitoring for EGTs when towing or working the truck hard.
