Wake up your LB7. The MBRP S60210P is a 5" downpipe-back, single-side-exit exhaust built from heavy-gauge aluminized steel for the classic Duramax sound and proven flow gains. Mandrel bends reduce restriction, helping your 2001–2004 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD (LB7) pull harder with lower EGTs and a deeper tone.
