Product Description
Overview
Unlock classic LB7 sound and flow with the MBRP S6005PLM 4" downpipe-back system. This Armor Lite (aluminized steel) kit deletes the muffler for maximum exhaust velocity, a deep, aggressive note, and simple bolt-on installation. Mandrel-bent tubing keeps bends smooth for lower backpressure and cooler EGTs.

FAQ
Will S6005PLM fit my 2001–2004 LB7 extended or crew cab?
Yes. This kit is designed for 2001–2004 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 6.6L Duramax EC/CC (LB7). Verify bed length before installation.
Does this include a muffler?
No. PLM series uses a muffler delete for maximum flow and sound. If you want a muffler, choose S6005P.
Is aluminized steel right for me?
Aluminized (Armor Lite) is a great value and resists corrosion in dry climates. For harsher climates or road salt, consider T409 stainless (S6005SLM).
Do I need tuning?
No tuning is required for the exhaust alone. Always follow local emissions laws.
What other parts should I add?
A 3" turbo downpipe (GMCA425) and the correct 4" front pipe (GMAL401 or GMS9401) pair well to maximize flow and simplify install.
