The MAHLE MS-2218H-.25MM H-Series Main Bearing is a 0.25 mm undersize (.010" under) performance main bearing set for 2001–2016 GM 6.6L Duramax (LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML). Built on MAHLE/Clevite’s proven tri-metal race construction with medium eccentricity, high crush, and enlarged chamfers for crank fillet clearance, it’s ideal for reground cranks and higher-load builds. Requires thrust washer set TW-610S (sold separately).
