FAQ
Will this fit my 1997 truck?
Some 1997 trucks use the later STORM block. If your block has two turbo drain ports on the passenger side, this thin bushing will not fit—use the STORM-specific part.
Is this a bearing or a bushing?
It’s commonly called both. MAHLE/Clevite catalogs list SH-1404 as a camshaft bearing/bushing for 1989–1996 5.9L Cummins 12-valve engines.
What size is it?
Standard-size, thin-wall cam bushing with ~2.260" OD.
How many do I need?
One per engine (single cam bushing).
