MAHLE 48384 is an OE-quality rear main engine crankshaft seal for 1989–2018 5.9L/6.7L Cummins applications. Constructed with PTFE for long service life, this seal restores factory sealing performance and helps stop rear main oil leaks. Includes install tool for correct depth and alignment. Repair sleeve not included.
