Stop LB7 injector cup leaks for good. The Industrial Injection PDM-07020 screw-in (torque-lock) injector cups are a proven, long-term upgrade for the 2001-2004.5 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7. These threaded cups replace the press-in OE design that's notorious for pitting, seizing to injectors, and allowing coolant/fuel cross-contamination.

Yes-these cups fit 2001-2004.5 LB7 heads in Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD applications.
Do I need special tools?
Installation requires tapping the head for the threaded cups and using a proper install tool. If you want a bundle with the tooling, choose PDM-07021K.
What should I replace during the job?
At minimum, add an LB7 injector/valve cover seal kit and injector/return washers. Consider a head gasket set if the heads are off.
Are these cups the same as the full kit?
No-PDM-07020 is cups & O-rings only. The full kit with tooling is PDM-07021K.
