Product Description
Wake up your late-’99–02 7.3L with INDUSTRIAL INJECTION’s ADPSR3 Stage 3 reman injector (230cc). Built from OE AD-code HEUI cores and remanufactured with new plungers, nozzles/nozzle springs, and OE-style O-rings, each unit is precision-calibrated for consistent cylinder-to-cylinder fueling and strong, clean power.
Fitment

Helpful Notes
- Tuning & supporting mods: 230cc injectors will benefit from appropriate PCM tuning, adequate high-pressure oil supply, and a healthy fuel system.
- #8 long-lead: Many trucks use an AE long-lead injector in cylinder #8 to mitigate cackle; match to your build goals and tuning.
- Core policy: Reman injectors require good, like-for-like cores; see store policies for details.
FAQ
Will this ADPSR3 injector fit my 2002 7.3L?Yes—AD code injectors are correct for cylinders 1–7 on 1999.5–2002 7.3L trucks. Verify your engine’s build date and injector code tag before ordering.
Do I need to change the #8 injector to AE?From the factory, many trucks run an AE long-lead in #8 to reduce idle cackle. Some performance builds run matching AD-code units in all holes with proper tuning. If you want to retain the OE strategy, add an AE unit for #8 (see Recommended Parts).
What else should I replace during injector service? At minimum, install new injector O-rings/seals and inspect the ICP sensor and fuel filter housing seals. Head studs are recommended for higher-power builds.
Do I need custom tuning for 230cc?Yes—230cc injectors typically require custom PCM calibrations to optimize fueling, smoke control, and drivability.
