The Industrial Injection 22A406 S464 Turbo Kit is a proven 2nd-gen high-mount T4 swap for the 2007.5–2009 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins. It’s designed for tow/street performance with lower EGTs, increased reliability, and a complete install kit — including a custom S&B-designed intake. Core specs: S400/S464 with approx. 63.5mm compressor, 83/74mm turbine, and a 1.10 A/R T4 turbine housing.

Will a 1.10 A/R S464 tow well on a 6.7L?Yes — with proper tuning and reasonable injector size, the 1.10 A/R balances drive pressure and EGT control for heavy towing while keeping strong upper-RPM flow. Industrial Injection recommends injector upgrades for best results.
Do I need head studs for this setup?Highly recommended when increasing boost, especially for towing and sustained load. See ARP 247-4202.
