Custom calibration is strongly recommended to take full advantage of the added flow while controlling smoke, EGTs, and rail pressure.
Can I install these with stock turbo and pump?
Yes, they can be used with a stock setup, but best results come with adequate lift pump supply and healthy CP3 pressure control. Consider a rail plug and data-driven tuning.
Are these tips matched and balanced?
Yes-each nozzle is extrude-honed, flow-balanced, and individually tested to OEM specifications prior to shipment.
How many nozzles should I buy?
One per injector. A full set requires six nozzles for the 6.7L Cummins.
