FAQ
Do I have to pull injectors to install these nozzles?Yes. The nozzle is the tip of the injector and must be installed and torque-checked off the truck. Most shops also ultrasonic-clean and balance the set at the same time.
Will 180HP nozzles haze at idle?When paired with healthy injectors, appropriate rail pressure, and a quality tune, idle haze can be minimized. Poor atomization from worn injectors or inadequate tuning will cause smoke.
What supporting mods are recommended?Fresh feed tubes/lines, an injector install kit (lines, tubes, gaskets), strong lift pump filtration, and—on higher power builds—dual CP3s to hold commanded rail pressure.
