Do these R2 nozzles require custom tuning?Yes. While they can physically run on a stock tune, custom calibration is strongly recommended to optimize power, smoke control, EGTs, and driveability.
What supporting mods are recommended?At minimum a quality lift pump and a healthy CP3. For best results add higher-flow CP3 (or dual CP3), appropriate turbo(s), and a free-flowing exhaust and intercooler system.
Will these work with factory injectors?Yes—these are replacement nozzles for your existing 6.7L Cummins injectors. Inspect the injectors and replace worn seals/lines during installation.
