These bolt-in coilovers also allow the option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location, effectively doubling shock damping ability. Their remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty 4-Link kit further improves performance by eliminating suspension bind commonly experienced with factory radius arms during articulation and allows on-vehicle caster angle adjustment. This Inchfreeing up Inch of the front end and the ability of the 4-Link Kit to maintain positive caster through the range of travel equates to an unparalleled ride quality in all conditions. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
- ICON's Centerline steering stabilizer kit features a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping compared to ICON dual 2.0 steering stabilizers, better controlling undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires while also improving ground clearance. Heavy-duty fabricated 5 Inch rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.
