Product Description
Hamilton’s 07-P-002 Extreme Duty Pushrods are built for high cylinder pressure 12-valve builds. Each pushrod uses a 10.5 mm x 0.120" wall construction with ~5,000 lb buckling strength—a massive step up over stock—making them ideal for aggressive fueling, higher RPM, and heavy towing on 6BT platforms. Sold as a complete set of 12.

FAQ
How much power are these designed to handle? They’re intended for builds over ~500 HP and high cylinder pressure use. The 10.5 mm, 0.120" wall design offers ~5,000 lb buckling strength to keep valve motion stable under load.
Do I need upgraded valve springs or tappets? For aggressive tuning, bigger injectors, or frequent high-RPM use, we recommend Hamilton springs and 1.45" tappets for reliable control and reduced valvetrain float.
Will these fit my 24-valve (1998.5–2002)?No—these are for 12-valve 6BT only. For 24V/CR engines, choose 12 mm Hamilton pushrods (see 07-P-004 on our site).
Are they a direct drop-in?Yes. Installation is straightforward. Always verify lash after install and re-check following break-in/first heat cycles.
