Product Description
Hamilton’s Extreme Duty 12mm pushrods are a proven upgrade for high cylinder pressure Cummins builds. Their 3-piece construction, .120" wall thickness, and large 12mm (0.472") diameter resist deflection, maintain cam timing, and keep valve lift on target under big boost and rpm.

FAQ
When should I upgrade from OEM pushrods?Anytime you add significant boost, cam, or spring pressure. OEM 3/8" pushrods can bend before the valve opens, retarding cam timing and reducing lift. These 12mm rods resist that deflection.
Do I need valve springs with these pushrods? If you’re increasing rpm/boost or running a performance cam, pair with quality 24V valve springs and retainers for proper control (see recommendations above).
Will they work on both 5.9L and 6.7L 24V?Yes—fits 1998.5–2018 24-valve Cummins (5.9L & 6.7L) with OEM length pushrods.
What’s included in the box?One matched set of (12) Extreme Duty 12mm pushrods.
