The FASS TSF15180F140G is a 140 GPH Titanium Signature Series system engineered for 2000–2005 Ford Excursions with 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke engines. It pairs proven air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors and deliver consistent fuel pressure (~45–50 PSI) with whisper-quiet operation.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: Ford Excursion 2000–2005, 7.3L & 6.0L Powerstroke.
- Flow / Pressure: 140 GPH @ ~45–50 PSI.
- Power support: Up to ~600 HP with proper supporting mods.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
- Included hardware: Bulkhead fitting & 5/8" suction tube, bolt-on bed-bolt bracketry for streamlined installation.
