FASS TSD10250F240G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 250F 240GPH AT 45PSI FOR 1994–1998 DODGE 5.9 CUMMINS 12 VALVE
The FASS TSD10250F240G is a complete replacement 240 GPH fuel/air separation system preset to about 45 PSI for the 1994–1998 5.9L Cummins 12-valve. It delivers ultra-clean, air-free fuel with 2-micron absolute filtration, FASS Whisper Technology for quiet operation, and high-flow plumbing designed to support serious horsepower builds.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 1994–1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500, 5.9L Cummins 12V.
- Output: 240 GPH flow, preset ~45 PSI fuel pressure.
- Recommended power range: approx. 900–1200 HP when matched with proper fueling/tuning.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
- Includes: Bulkhead fitting with 5/8" suction tube and return port, brackets, plumbing, and filter heads.
