The FASS TSD08250G delivers a verified 250 GPH at approximately 16–18 PSI to keep your 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (24-valve/VP44) supplied under heavy load. It combines proven air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors and the VP44, stabilize pressure, and improve throttle response with FASS Whisper Technology (FWT), Mass Flow Return (MFR), and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC).
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (24-valve VP44).
- Output: 250 GPH flow, preset ~16–18 PSI fuel pressure.
- Power support: Typically suitable for ~900–1200 HP applications when fueling/tuning are matched.
- Current filter strategy: Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side. For extended-length, use XWS3002XL with PF3001XL.
- Install hardware: Includes bulkhead fitting & 5/8" suction tube for streamlined install.
