FASS TSD08165G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 165GPH FOR 1998.5–2004 DODGE 5.9 CUMMINS
The FASS TSD08165G delivers 165 GPH at a preset 16–18 PSI to keep your 24-valve 5.9L Cummins (1998.5–2004) consistently supplied with clean, air-free fuel. It combines advanced air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration, FASS Whisper Technology for quiet operation, and optimized flow via Performance Radius Cuts and Mass Flow Return.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with 5.9L Cummins (VP44).
- Flow / Pressure: 165 GPH @ 16–18 PSI (preset).
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
- In-tank retrofit note: If your truck was converted to an in-tank lift pump, use TSD07165G instead, or add a suction tube (below).
- Recommended accessory: STK1002 Suction Tube Kit for maximum supply volume.
