The FASS TSD08100G Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel System is engineered specifically for 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L 24-Valve Cummins diesel engine. Delivering 100 gallons per hour (GPH) at a preset 16-18 PSI, this complete fuel system is designed to support stock to approximately 600 horsepower while providing exceptional fuel filtration, consistent fuel pressure, and superior fuel delivery for daily drivers, tow rigs, and mild performance applications.
The Titanium Signature Series combines FASS Whisper Technology, advanced 2-micron filtration, patented air and vapor separation, and integrated water separation to protect the VP44 injection pump and fuel injectors from harmful contaminants. By supplying cleaner, deaerated fuel, the TSD08100G helps extend fuel system life, improve throttle response, promote smoother engine operation, and reduce one of the most common causes of VP44 injection pump failure.
