FASS TSD07165G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 165GPH FOR 2005–2018 & 2021 DODGE RAM WITH 5.9L AND 6.7L CUMMINS
The FASS TSD07165G is a 165 GPH Titanium Signature Series system engineered to supply clean, air-free diesel to high-demand Cummins builds. It combines 2-micron absolute filtration, air/vapor separation, and whisper-quiet operation via FASS Whisper Technology. Preset fuel pressure is approximately 16–18 PSI for consistent delivery under load.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicles: 2005–2018 & 2021 Ram 2500/3500 with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins (see model-year specifics in your install guide).
- Flow / Pressure: 165 GPH, preset ~16–18 PSI.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
