FASS TSC10165G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 165GPH FOR 2001–2010 GM 6.6L DURAMAX
The FASS TSC10165G delivers 165 GPH at a preset 8–10 PSI for 2001–2010 GM 6.6L Duramax (LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM). It combines proven air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors, while FASS Whisper Technology, Mass Flow Return (MFR), and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) keep operation quiet and fuel pressure consistent for tuned builds.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 2001–2010 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD, 6.6L Duramax (LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM).
- Output: 165 GPH flow, preset 8–10 PSI fuel pressure.
- Power support: Approximately 600–1000 HP applications.
- Filter strategy (current design): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side. Do not mix with discontinued FF/FS filters.
- Suggested accessory: STK1002 Suction Tube Kit for higher-demand builds.
