FASS TSC10100G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 100GPH FOR 2001–2010 GM 6.6L DURAMAX
The FASS TSC10100G is a 100 GPH Titanium Signature Series system preset to approximately 8–10 PSI for 2001–2010 GM 6.6L Duramax platforms (LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM). It combines air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors, reduce rail pressure drop, and deliver whisper-quiet operation via FASS Whisper Technology. Proprietary Mass Flow Return (MFR) and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) keep fuel polished and flowing smoothly under load.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 2001–2010 GM 6.6L Duramax (LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM).
- Output: 100 GPH, preset ~8–10 PSI.
- Power support: Stock to ~600 HP applications.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
- Recommended accessory: STK1002 5/8" Suction Tube Kit for higher inlet volume.
