The FASS NDTSPF20250F220G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is a complete high-performance fuel delivery upgrade designed for 2023-2024 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks producing approximately 700-900 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus 220 GPH fuel system with the FASS No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, this package delivers increased fuel volume, superior filtration, and simplified installation without requiring removal of the fuel tank.
Rated at 220 gallons per hour and regulated to approximately 65 PSI, the Titanium Signature Series Plus system removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, and eliminates entrained air and vapor before fuel reaches your high-pressure injection system. These improvements help protect expensive injectors and CP4 fuel system components while providing the consistent fuel supply required for towing, racing, and high-horsepower performance applications.
The included No-Drop Fuel Sump significantly simplifies installation by eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank while helping prevent fuel starvation during hard acceleration, towing, or low fuel conditions.
