The FASS NDTSPF18250F220G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered to deliver superior fuel supply and filtration for 2017-2022 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engines producing approximately 700-900 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS Fuel Sump Kit, this complete package simplifies installation while providing increased fuel flow, superior filtration, and enhanced protection for today's high-pressure common rail fuel systems.
Unlike traditional lift pump installations that require removing the fuel tank, the No-Drop Series Plus utilizes the included Fuel Sump Kit to simplify installation and reduce labor. Featuring black anodized 6061 aluminum ORB fittings, premium black fuel line, and FASS's industry-leading filtration technology, this system removes over 99% of water, eliminates entrained air and vapor, filters contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, and delivers significantly more fuel than the factory system.
