The FASS NDTSPF17250F220G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke diesel trucks producing 900-1200 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, this complete package delivers exceptional fuel filtration, improved fuel quality, and simplified installation without removing the fuel tank.
Designed to provide a consistent supply of clean, air-free fuel, the No-Drop Series Plus system removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, and eliminates entrained air and vapor before fuel reaches the injection system. The result is improved injector life, increased fuel lubricity, enhanced reliability, and the fuel volume required to support high-performance Power Stroke builds.
Featuring ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, premium black fuel hose, and the innovative SK5501 No-Drop Fuel Sump, this complete system offers a clean installation while providing significantly more fuel flow than the factory system.
