The FASS NDTSPD10290F260G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for high-horsepower 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the legendary 5.9L 12-Valve Cummins engine. Designed to support 900-1200 horsepower builds, this complete Titanium Signature Series Plus fuel system delivers 260 gallons per hour at approximately 45 PSI while dramatically improving fuel filtration, air and vapor separation, and fuel delivery consistency.
The innovative No-Drop Series Plus kit includes a FASS Fuel Sump, eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank during installation. Advanced 2-micron filtration removes contaminants while separating over 99% of water from the fuel. Patented air and vapor separation technology helps protect expensive injection components, improve fuel lubricity, and deliver cleaner fuel to your P-pump equipped Cummins engine. The Titanium Signature Series Plus also features black anodized 6061 aluminum ORB fittings and premium black fuel line for a clean, professional installation.
