The FASS NDTSPD10250F240G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the legendary 5.9L 12-Valve Cummins diesel engine. Designed to support performance applications producing 700-900 horsepower, this complete fuel system combines FASS's proven Titanium Signature Series Plus lift pump with the convenient No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, making installation faster and eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank.
Flowing 240 gallons per hour at 45 PSI, the NDTSPD10250F240G delivers clean, consistent fuel while removing over 99% of water, entrained air, and vapor from the fuel system. Advanced 2-micron filtration helps protect expensive injection components, improve injector life, reduce cavitation, and provide reliable fuel delivery under high-performance and heavy-load conditions.
The Titanium Signature Series Plus incorporates ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, premium black fuel hose, and FASS's proven fuel air separation technology for maximum reliability and a clean installation.
