The FASS NDTSPD10180F140G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered to provide superior fuel filtration, increased fuel delivery, and simplified installation for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L 12-Valve Cummins engine. Rated at 140 gallons per hour, this complete fuel system supports stock to 700 horsepower while delivering cleaner fuel, improved injector protection, and consistent fuel pressure.
The No-Drop Series Plus eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation by including the FASS Fuel Sump Kit. Built on the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus platform, this system features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, black fuel line, patented air and vapor separation technology, and advanced 2-micron filtration. The result is improved engine reliability, enhanced throttle response, longer injection component life, and dependable fuel delivery for both daily-driven and performance Cummins applications.
