The FASS NDTSPD08250G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for high-horsepower 1998.5-2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. Rated to support 900-1200 horsepower, this complete 250 GPH fuel system combines the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus lift pump with the FASS Fuel Sump Kit, providing maximum fuel delivery while eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank during installation.
Designed to improve fuel quality and simplify installation, the No-Drop Series Plus features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, premium black fuel line, and FASS filtration technology. The system removes over 99% of water, eliminates entrained air and vapor, filters contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, and provides substantially greater fuel flow than the factory fuel system to protect expensive injection components and maintain consistent fuel pressure under heavy load.
