No-Drop FASS kit for 12-valve Cummins power builds. The FASS NDTSD10250F240G packages a 240 GPH Titanium Signature Series fuel system with a FASS fuel sump so you don’t have to drop the tank. It’s engineered for 900–1200 HP P-pump builds, delivering clean, air-free fuel at ~45 PSI to protect injectors and extend system life.

Do I have to drop the tank?
No. This kit includes the SK5501 sump so the tank stays up—quicker, cleaner install with reliable pickup.
What power level is this kit for?
It’s aimed at serious 12-valve builds in the 900–1200 HP range. For other ranges, see the related 140 GPH and 260 GPH kits above.
What filters do I run?
Use the modern pair: PF3001 (particulate) on the suction side and XWS3002 (water separator) on the pressure side. Filter pack options: FP3000 or FP3000XL.
Is a heater recommended?
In sub-freezing climates, add the HK1001 electric heater for better winter starts and flow.
